Corporate Account Manager

 

Hankook Tire America Corp. is a global, dynamic company with significant growth potential in the U.S. Tire Market. To that end, Hankook is seeking an experienced Account Management professional to join our team as a Corporate Account Manager, based in our Wayne, NJ headquarters.  The person selected will be a high level individual contributor, be accountable for the performance and results of multiple National accounts, develop business plans and sales forecasts, build and maintain long term relationships. Must have demonstrated a high level of proficiency in sales and full knowledge of product lines and their applications.

 

We require 10-15 years experience of Sales in Tire or related industry and 5 years experience in an Account Management role. Bachelor's Degree required, MBA, a plus.  Must have the ability to travel, including overnight stay.

Hankook Tire America Corporation, an industry leader around the world, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill an open Commercial Tire Manager position in the following area: 

Southeast—TN, KY, W.VA, VA

The successful candidates will have responsibilities for the following areas:

Cultivating new fleet business
National account development and maintenance
Fleet testing and performance evaluation
Developing and supporting commercial dealer business
Ability to provide product training and technical support

 

The candidates must have a superior independent work ethic and demonstrate strong technical ability with problem solving and analytical skills.  The candidates must reside within the assigned territory. Relocation is not available. Requires travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.


A Bachelors Degree with relevant commercial tire experience (tire manufacturer experience preferred) and proficiency in MS Office is required.

Will be responsible to regularly interact with customers regarding company products and warranties.  Through specialized technical knowledge of products and usage, will be able to answer technical questions that are related to tires from customer phone calls daily.  Must be able to research and obtain resolutions for a variety of customer complaints and issues. This position is responsible to inspect product returns and communicate with all necessary parties about findings. Must keep up with the competitor's products information and tire industry regulations.  Will inspect return tires by physically visiting warehouses and dealers or by doing photo inspections.

 

High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or science area preferred.1-4 years experience in Tire or related industry.  Must be able to travel the state of TENNESSEE, be proficient in computer skills, especially EXCEL.

Customer Service Representative

 

Hankook Tire America Corporation, an international tire company has a position at corporate headquarters, Wayne, NJ in the area of Customer service for Sales and Corporate Account. The selected candidate will handle a high volume of incoming phone calls from customers and vendors, process phone, faxed and special orders. Following up, checking inventory, delivery, price and stock. Work with stock inventory status to deliver information to customers.


We Require a minimum 2 years office and customer service experience with MS Office, especially EXCEL. Associates Degree, preferred. Knowledge of SAP, a plus. This position requires multi-tasking, great communication, and organizational skills.
